For Keap
Your Keap account, modelled properly.
Keap holds far more than its reports will show you. We copy the whole account nightly, shape it into datasets that mean what your business means, and write the rules down beside the data so every report and every agent gives the same answer.
What you get
What the first import gives you.
Twelve datasets on the first import, before anyone builds anything custom. Seven are facts and five are the dimensions you group them by. Each arrives with a written description of what it holds, what it deliberately leaves out, and the traps in it.

How it works
Keap data, modelled for AI reporting.
Ingested nightly, in full
We copy the whole Keap account every night, not a filtered export. Contacts, orders, payments, subscriptions, tags and the rest, with their history, so a question about last year does not depend on what somebody thought to export at the time.
Scrubbed before anything reads it
Dates, money and identifiers are typed properly, duplicates and placeholder records are dealt with, and the known quirks of the platform are handled once, in one place, rather than in every report that touches them.
Modelled for agents to read
Datasets are shaped so a question can be answered without joining anything by hand, and each one carries a written description of what it holds, what it deliberately leaves out, and how its figures are meant to be used.
Datasets for the common questions
Subscriptions and recurring revenue, orders and payments net of refunds, leads and their sources, tag history. The reports most Keap businesses want are answerable on the first import, before anyone builds anything.
Custom datasets on your rules
When your business means something particular by a lead, a sale or an active client, we model that with you and it becomes part of your layer — so every report and every agent inherits the same definition rather than each one guessing.
Your spreadsheets come too
Budgets, goals and rosters that are maintained by hand and always will be are imported on the same schedule as the CRM, typed, and joined to the data they belong with.
The specific traps in Keap data — and there are plenty — are handled in the scrub and written down beside the datasets they affect. Each use-case page below shows the ones that decide its numbers.
Reports
Questions this answers.
Days between milestones
Lead to first contact, contact to booked, booked to won — including the milestones that only exist as tags.
Conversion rates between stages
What share of leads make it through each stage, with the auto-created contacts kept out of the denominator.
Cost per acquisition
Spend beside the revenue it produced, with the zero-lead campaigns still on the page.
Subscription retention
Who is subscribed, how long they stay, why they left, and which active ones are quietly failing to bill.
What a customer has been worth
Net revenue per customer beside what it cost to acquire them. Historical, not a forecast.
